Streaky Bacon (250g)

Streaky bacon made specially for us by Ryan Boon from Lowerland Pampoenvark – our organic, free range pigs raised on mixed pasture, Lowerland orchards, with feed supplement from milling waste, Lowerland vegetables and a supplemental ration (non-GMO). No sodium nitrate added. Product is provided frozen and vacuum sealed. Mass will vary slightly.

Shelf life: 4 to 12 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 3-5 days in refrigerator.

Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, chilli flakes, cloves, black pepper corns, bay leaves, juniper berries, star anise, fennel seeds

Storage: Store meat in freezer and let it thaw slowly (in the refrigerator) for best results. Bring to room temperature before cooking.

Application: Pan fry, oven bake or grill.
