Lowerland Pampoenvark is a free range, certified organic pig raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards, with feed supplement from milling waste, Lowerland vegetables and a supplemental ration (non-GMO).
Contents: 5 kg of smoked pork shanks (Eisbein). Vacuum sealed and frozen. Mass may vary slightly.
Shelf life: 4 to 12 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 3-5 days in refrigerator.
Storage: Store meat in freezer and let it thaw slowly (in the refrigerator) for best results. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, spices. No nitrates or MSG.
