Specially selected tender pork schnitzel. Lowerland Pampoenvark is a free range, certified organic pig raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards, with feed supplement from milling waste, Lowerland vegetables and a supplemental ration (non-GMO). Product is provided frozen and vacuum sealed. Mass will vary slightly.
Shelf life: 4 to 12 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 3-5 days in refrigerator.
Storage: Store meat in freezer.
Applications: Perfect for Wiener Schnitzel or pan frying.
