Pork Patties (2 x 150g)

Lowerland Pampoenvark is a free range, certified organic pig raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards, with feed supplement from milling waste, Lowerland vegetables and a supplemental ration (non-GMO)

Contents: 2 x 150g pure pork patties made by Ryan Boon. Frozen and vacuum sealed.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, pepper.

Shelf life: 4 to 12 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 3-5 days in refrigerator.

Storage: Store meat in freezer and let it thaw slowly (in the refrigerator) for best results. Bring to room temperature before cooking.

Application: Pan fry, oven bake or braai.
