Lowerland Pampoenvark is a free range, certified organic pig raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards, with feed supplement from milling waste, Lowerland vegetables and a supplemental ration (non-GMO).
Contents: A curated selection of braai-able pork cuts, like chops, rumps, bangers, fillets, sosaties or espetadas. Vacuum sealed and frozen. Mass may vary slightly.
Shelf life: 4 to 12 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 3-5 days in refrigerator.
Storage: Store meat in freezer and let it thaw slowly (in the refrigerator) for best results. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
