Pork bangers made from Lowerland Pampoenvark by Ryan Boon. The Pampoenvark is our free range, certified organic pig raised on mixed pasture, Lowerland orchards, with feed supplement from milling waste, Lowerland vegetables and a supplemental ration (non-GMO). Product is provided frozen and vacuum sealed. Mass will vary slightly.
Shelf life: 4 to 12 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 3-5 days in refrigerator.
Storage: Store meat in freezer and let it thaw slowly (in the refrigerator) for best results. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
