Beef wors made from Lowerland Reds pastured beef from a recipe specially developed for Lowerland by Ryan Boon. Hormone free, antibiotic free, grazing on Bo-Karoo veld or Lowerland mixed pasture. Product is provided frozen and vacuum sealed. Mass will vary slightly.
Shelf life: 4 in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 2-3 days in refrigerator.
Storage: Store meat in freezer and let it thaw slowly (in the refrigerator) for best results. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
Applications: Braai, pan fry, oven bake or grill.
Ingredients: Beef, pork, vinegar, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, spices.
