Hand rolled tagliatelle made from Lowerland’s single origin, organic, stone ground durum wheat flour blend.
Produced for Lowerland by Pasta Regalo in Cape Town. Contains no egg, artificial flavourants or preservatives.
Ingredients: Durum flour, wheat flour, water. Allergens: Wheat (gluten).
Instructions: Cook for 3-5 minutes in 5 litres of lightly salted, boiling water until al dente. Rinse under cold water. Drain and serve. 120g of dry pasta = one full serving.
Storage: Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
