The hunter’s share – a variety of cuts of this season’s gemsbok (oryx) from the Bo-Karoo veld, expertly butchered by Ryan Boon. This meat is as lean & free range as they come but we add some fat from our pasture raised “Lowerland Rietskaap” sheep in the wors and droëwors.
Contents: Includes a variety of venison, including wors, mince, patties, droëwors and biltong.
Shelf life: 4 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 3-4 days in refrigerator.
Storage: Store meat in freezer and let it thaw slowly (in the refrigerator) for best results. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
