Lowerland Pampoenvark is a free range, certified organic pig raised on mixed pasture and Lowerland orchards, with feed supplement from milling waste, Lowerland vegetables and a supplemental ration (non-GMO).
Contents: One pack of cooked ham, made with care from Lowerland pork by charcuterie master Richard Bosman. Perfect for a lunchbox or on your sourdough toast with Lowerland eggs & strong melted cheese.
Shelf life: 4 to 12 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted, 3-5 days in refrigerator.
Storage: Store meat in freezer and let it thaw slowly (in the refrigerator) for best results. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
