Beef Droëwors (250g)

Beef droëwors made from Lowerland Reds pastured beef from a recipe specially developed for Lowerland by Ryan Boon. Hormone free, antibiotic free, grazing on Bo-Karoo veld or Lowerland mixed pasture. Product is provided frozen and vacuum sealed. Mass will vary slightly.

Shelf life: 4 months in freezer (below 0 degrees Celsius). Once defrosted and opened, up to 7 days in refrigerator.

Storage: Store in freezer and let it thaw slowly for best results. Once opened, store in paper bag to extend shelf life or keep in fridge and consume within 7 days.

Applications: Snacking, padkos, pizza toppings.

Ingredients: Beef, salt, sugar, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce.

Contains sulphites.
